Rev. Dr. Simon has served as the Associate Pastor of Parklands Baptist Church since 1993. He

accepted Christ while in High School at the age of seventeen. He was baptized at Parklands

Baptist Church in 1987. He has served in the church leading Sunday Worship, Bible Study,

Youth Ministry, Administration, Baptist Student Ministry, Benevolence, Missions, Discipleship,

Vice Moderator, and Deacon. He also served as a street preacher in Nairobi and Mombasa before

his call into Pastoral Ministry.

Rev. Simon has travelled around the world preaching and teaching the gospel of Christ. He is a

church planter, teacher and disciple maker. He has an apostolic calling to the continent of Africa.

Give me the Nations (Psa. 2:8) is theme prayer of his life. He has served in Wycliffe Africa,

Nairobi Baptist Association, Murang’a College of Science and Technology, Jamii Zetu Africa,

Youth for Christ Kenya and several church planting networks in Kenya and abroad.

Rev. Simon is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University (USA), Kenya Baptist Theological

Seminary, and Kenya Technical Teachers College. He is also a graduate of Missions strategy

from Lome, Togo under Dr. Bill Smith. He has a Doctorate in Divinity.

He has been recognized as a National Hero for his unwavering contribution to providing spiritual

leadership through missionary work, and mentoring generations of young leaders and pastors,

while embedding values of integrity accountability, and servant-leadership into the fabric of faith

institutions.

Rev. Simon is blessed with five children Eve, Wanjiru, Adam, Rebekah, and Precious and two

grandchildren.
