Flavia currently serves as the YouVersion Kenya Hub Partnership Manager serving the East African Region.
She believes that true success is measured by the successors one nurtures, a conviction that fuels her passion for strategic thinking, leadership development, and discipleship.

She previously served in pastoral capacities in operations and leadership development at Ruach West Assembly and Parklands Baptist Church respectively.
My corporate engagement spans across media ( TBN Family Media), education (Aga Khan Academy Senior School), banking ( Equity Bank Head Office), advertising ( Sangroup), Hospitality (Tafaria Castle) and NGO ( Inspire Spaces Trust) sectors.

My educational background is a Bachelor’s in Christian Leadership and Management, a Master’s in Missions in Modern Cities and a Movement Day Scholars Alumni.

I am a firm believer in GRIT—a principle that extends my love for adventure, particularly in hiking that influenced conceptualizing and leading The Trooper Challenge, Caleb Challenge and Regal Women challenge that has seen me take 250 participants to Summit Mt Kenya and Mt Kilimanjaro.
